How can I submit my prescription?

Have your physician fax your prescription directly to Cooler Heads, [phone]. Once you obtain a copy of your prescription from your physician, you may create an account with us (which is hosted through our HIPAA compliant hosting platform, ZenDesk).  Through your account, you will upload a photo or scanned copy of your prescription.  If you have any problems uploading your prescription, you may email us at [e-mail].  NOTE: the name you create for your customer account must match the name you provided to your Physician/Prescriber for purposes of obtaining your prescription.
